Claddagh Farm Indoor
Arena Policies
1. Upon
arrival, all trailers must check in at the office. Fee is $20 per horse/rider.
2. A current
negative Coggins and vaccine record must be provided for every horse brought on
to the grounds. If you provide copies, they will be held for future use.
3. PARK
TRAILERS IN PARKING LOT. DO NOT PARK NEXT TO THE INDOOR ARENA.
4. Every rider,
guest, etc. that comes onto the property MUST sign a waiver as provided by
Claddagh Farm. If rider is under 18, parent(s) a parent or legal guardian must
sign. Helmets are required to be worn and securely fastened at all times while
mounted.
5. No smoking
anywhere on the premises.
6. No dogs/pets.
7. Lessons are not permitted.
8. All riders
MUST clean up manure after their horse in the ring and parking area.
9. If schooling
equipment is moved or used it must be returned to its original location.
10. If damage is
done to any equipment, jumps, and/or property, the rider is responsible to pay
for repair or replacement.
11. Lungeing is
not allowed if there is more than one horse present in the indoor arena.
12. The indoor
arena will close at 7PM and all riders should be off the property promptly
after 7PM.
13. Claddagh Farm
reserves the right to remove from the premises any visitor who is in violation
of these rules and regulations.
14. Claddagh Farm
shall be held harmless against all claims, costs, losses or liability of every
nature and kind asserted against or incurred by visitor arising or resulting
from visitor’s use of premises.
